About PetrolPal
PetrolPal is a free mobile app that displays UK fuel prices supplied by retailers under the Competition and Markets Authority open data scheme. Optional in-app subscriptions remove ads and unlock extra features.
Use of the app
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not scrape, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service. Do not submit deliberately false price reports.
Price accuracy
Prices come from third-party feeds and user reports. They may be incorrect, stale, or missing. Always confirm the price at the pump before refuelling. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate prices.
Subscriptions
PetrolPal Plus is sold through Apple or Google. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetrolPal is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
